Why sales are final

Once a research compound leaves our lab, we can’t verify how it was stored or handled, so we’re unable to resell or take it back. That’s why all sales are final once an order ships. It’s the standard for research materials, and it keeps everything safe and traceable.

When we’ll make it right

We’ll replace your order if:

• It arrives damaged or leaking.
• You received the wrong item.
• Your package is lost in transit and never delivered.

Just email us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) with your order number and a photo if something looks off. We’ll sort it out quickly.

Order changes & cancellations

Need to change or cancel an order? Reach out as soon as you can. If it hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll happily update or cancel it. Once it’s on its way, we’re not able to pull it back.
